  • Refunds, returns, or cancellations are not available once a file has been downloaded.

  • Exceptions apply only if:

    • You receive the wrong file, or

    • The file is corrupted or inaccessible.

  • If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will resend the correct file at no extra cost.

In the case of duplicate accidental purchases, please reach out with proof of order, and we will review for a refund or store credit.
